Touching, Feeling and Grasping Intimacy.
I notice hands wherever I go. Perhaps it has been my years as an artist and a cook, each profession having its own special emphasis on using hands, focusing on them and the work they produce, but however my focus developed, as a photographer I pay special attention to hands and the stories they can tell. Pointing, grasping, emphasizing, eating, gesturing, holding, or working, hands convey urban anecdotes that are all their own.
